Cancellation Policy
At Whitney's Hair Lab Salon, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and respect everyone’s time.
If a client decides to cancel or reschedule their appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, 50% of the service total will be required to book a new appointment.
To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please create an account on this website. Once your account is created, the rescheduling process will be clear and easy to follow. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the salon directly.
Salon Policy
Please arrive at your appointment at the scheduled time. We kindly ask that you do not arrive earlier to help us maintain a smooth schedule for all clients.
There is a 15-minute grace period for all services. After this time, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of the stylist.
To maintain an intimate and focused environment, we kindly ask that no extra guests accompany you during your appointment.
Only cash will be accepted for the remaining balance.
Whitney's Hair Lab extends services to ages 10+
By paying the deposit and scheduling your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to Whitney's Hair Lab policies, including the non-refundable deposit requirement.
Color Policy
All color appointments require a consultation prior to booking, except when requesting an all-over black color. Should you have any questions or be uncertain about the service, please contact the salon directly before scheduling your appointment.
Custom-colored hair extensions must be dropped off at least one week prior to the scheduled appointment. No exceptions will be mad
Client Satisfaction Guarantee/ Refund
Deposits are non-refundable if you decide to cancel your appointment.
If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your original appointment. We will gladly offer a complimentary adjustment appointment to address any concerns. This adjustment will be performed by the same stylist who provided your initial service and will be scheduled at no additional charge to you.
If your appointment is canceled by Whitney's Hair Lab and there is no proposed reschedule time, your deposit will be refunded within 3–5 business days.
If a deposit is disputed, the client will no longer be eligible to receive future services at Whitney’s Hair Lab.
