There is a 15 minute grace period on all services. If you're runnning behind please contact the salon at (612)328-0860 At Whitney's Hair Lab Salon we require a minimum 48-hour notice to cancel or change any appointment. ​ To reschedule or cancel your appointment create an account. Deposits are not refundable if you decide to cancel. Paying the deposit and scheduling your appointment means you have read and agree to Whitney's Hair Lab policies ​
