Cancellation Policy

There is a 15 minute grace period on all services. If you're running behind please contact the salon at (612)328-0860 At Whitney's Hair Lab Salon we require a minimum 24-hour to change any appointment. If you cancel your appointment 24- hours or less from appointment time you will be charged 75% of your service total. ​ To reschedule or cancel your appointment create an account on the webite or use the app. Deposits are not refundable if client decide to cancel. Paying the deposit and scheduling your appointment means client has read & agrees to Whitney's Hair Lab salon policies.
